Richmond Public Library has been proudly serving the Richmond, BC, community since 1976. Our mission is to create opportunities to learn, connect, and belong.Libraries are at the heart of their communities.

Richmond Public Library is now fine free! Permanently removing fines supports lifelong learning by ensuring library resources remain accessible to everyone in our community throughout their lifetime, regardless of circumstance.
