Community Resources
This guide provides Richmond residents with information on how to navigate local community resources and supports available to them.
Community Services Programs
At Richmond Public Library, we have two library-run Community Services programs dedicated to helping Richmond residents navigate local community resources and services with the goal of reducing or preventing challenges related to poverty. As of May 2025, these two programs have connected over 2,500 library customers with 40 community service organizations.
Community Resources
At our Community Services Pop Up, community organization representatives are available to chat and highlight the services and supports they offer to Richmond residents. Topics include navigational help for health and benefit systems, affordable housing and newcomer services and more.
